Seria IV - CLARO
Seria IV, ‘Claro’ kicks off on Thursday September 26th and see’s us through to Friday November 8th.
Claro, meaning ‘Of Course!’ is the final Sunny at Pep’s menu for the 2024 series. Nodding slightly to Sunny’s Spanish heritage, Claro introduces some fresh mediterranean Spring plates with an ‘aha’ moment of Spanish/Islander fusion Tapas to accompany wine.
You might know Sunny from Print Hall where he worked as Executive Chef at Apple Daily. We launched ‘Sunny at Pep’s’ in March 2024 with Seria I, then Sunny began to serenade us with Seria II, ‘Harana’ and then we danced with ‘Sayaw Tayo’! Join us before we farewell Sunny for the year and experience this deliciously unique menu, ‘Claro’.

Sunny at Pep’s available Thursday and Friday evenings from 5pm.
Pep’s menu available Saturday to Wednesday.
